HOST INFO

Coffee has taken us across the globe and introduced us to amazing people along the way. We believe that through meaningful producer partnerships, coffee quality will reach its highest potential. Our goal is to better understand coffee sustainability and how it impacts our producers’ quality of life and the environment. Coffee Manufactory sets prices at the producer level, putting farmers first to ensure transparency in all aspects of the supply chain. We know there’s always room to do better, and we’re continuously improving our methods - from how we source to our relationships.

"After opening our flagship roastery in downtown Los Angeles, we saw an opportunity to host Bloom at our campus, bringing together the Los Angeles community, which over the last few years has become one of the major markets for specialty in the United States." - Stephanie Alcala, Coffee Manufactory
